Mr. Sungrok Lee is a registered Korean patent attorney. He has been practicing in the field of intellectual property including patent, trademark copyright prosecution and litigation. He has a lot of broad patent prosecution practice encompassing a wide variety of technologies. His technical background is electrical, mechatronics, and chemical engineering. Prior to joining the firm, he had worked for the patent prosecution firms representing companies such as Ericsson, Dow Chemical, GS Caltex, Praxair Technology, Union Carbide Corporation, Samsung Cheil Industries, Samsung Total Petrochemicals and so on with regard to patent and trademark prosecution and litigation cases. He also founded and ran a patent holding company, MSTG, Inc., and worked as vice president and chief legal officer during 2008 to 2013. The company held 3G communication patents to enforce some patents against global mobile handset makers and carriers including Research in Motion, Apple, AT&T, Verizon and Motorola in U.S. and drew remarkable license agreements.
